(2009-12-23 23:38:31)EL SEGUNDO -- Detectives have released a surveillance photo in hopes of catching a man who held up a Compressed tissue bank while wearing a towel on his head.
The suspect used a note to Disposable Towels rob the Citi National Bank at 2231 E. Rosecrans Ave. On Aug. 28.
Police say the man fled on foot with Polyester Non-Woven Fabrics about $1,300 after he gave the note to a teller demanding money.
He is described as black, 20 years old, 6 feet tall, clean-shaven with a thin build.
He was wearing a white T-shirt, black pants, sunglasses and a hat covered with a white towel.
Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Detective Vince Martinez at 310-524-2263.
